First off let me start by welcoming you to my blog, it’s a pleasure to have you. Now this is my first blog so it may not be the greatest thing ever written, but it’s the starting point! As it’s the first blog, I’ll keep it short and sweet, my aims through Attain Fitness is to get you on the right path for your journey. Through a combination of exercise, nutritional coaching and motivational coaching I aim to get your body and mind focussed on your true goals driving in the same direction.
